2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

You can return items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.


5. How do I initiate a return?

6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our support team at support@aura-mode.com with your order details and the item you'd like to exchange.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Just send us an email with your order number and request at support@aura-mode.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
